Terms & Conditions

Please read the following information carefully so that you understand our terms of business whilst trading online.

Ordering:
Orders placed before 11am ( Monday - Thursday ) will be eligible for next day delivery online. Any order placed after 11 am will be sent the following business day, next day delivery.
Our standard delivery charge is £9.99 and will be sent via Parcel Force. Free Postage will be applied if you spend over £150 ( excluding delivery charge ).

Delivery:
We will deliver to mainland UK only.

All UK addresses - defined as all of mainland England, Wales, Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and the Channel Islands. 

For all Parcels sent via courier. We are unable to dispatched to: 

Scottish counties: Argyll & Bute, Highlands, Moray, North Ayreshire, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands and the Western Isles. Also excluded are Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands. In addition to the above Regions/Counties, the following UK postcode areas are excluded: BT, IM, TR21-25, GY, JE, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44 & ZE.  This information applies to the Courier service only. 

Your order may be cancelled if you purchase a product which falls into any of our excluded delivery zones.


Cancelling and Order:
If you wish to cancel an order then please ring us on 01239 613287 as soon as possible. If the products have not been packaged then there will be no charge, if they have already been packaged then there will be a 15% re-stocking charge of the entire order ( excluding the cost of delivery ).

Returns:
We will accept any returns within 7 days as long as the goods have not been damaged in any way. The buyer must pay for return delivery to our address. There will be a 15% re-stocking charge for each item that has been returned ( 15% of the returned goods value ). You will then receive a refund for the returned items minus the re-stocking charge. If we receive returned goods in poor condition then there will be no refund issued to the buyer as the products can then not be sold.

Damaged items:
If you receive an item and it is damaged then please contact us as soon as you receive it, either by writing or phone conversation. Please note that we can NOT accept any damage inquiries unless the delivery was signed for as damaged!

Out of stock:
We will always aim to keep our stock levels online correct however there may be occasions where it may differ due to the nature of our company because we trade both online and in our store. We hope you will understand this matter when purchasing from us online and we will always strive to get you the products within the specified times.
If in the event you place an order and we have run out of stock of one or more items, then we will call you as soon as convenient to let you know. You may then choose to either cancel the out of stock items or to wait until they are in stock and we will send them on as soon as we receive them. Whilst the rest of the order will be sent to you. There will be no delivery charge for the out of stock items sent separately.
